Website Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

This website is run by PlotCloud, Inc., a North Carolina corporation based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean PlotCloud, Inc. We are the controller of the information described below.

2. What we collect

We collect three kinds of information, and nothing more.

2.1 What you enter in the booking form. The form asks which services you are interested in, roughly how many lots you handle each month, and a preferred day and time for a call. It then asks for your name, work email address, and company, and optionally your phone number and anything else you want us to know. Your name, work email, company, and at least one service choice ("Not sure yet" counts) are required. You can skip the day and time and ask us to reach out instead.

2.2 Details sent along with a booking request. When you submit the form, your request also includes your time zone as reported by your browser, the address of the page you submitted from, the website that sent you to us (if your browser shares it), and any campaign tags in the link you followed to get here, such as utm_source or an ad click ID. These are sent only when you submit the form.

2.3 Ordinary web server records. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include visitors' IP addresses, the pages requested, and when.

3. Why we collect it

To answer you. Booking requests reach us by email so that we can schedule your call and prepare for it. The optional questions let us talk about your lots and plans rather than give a generic overview. The details in Section 2.2 put the requested time in your time zone and tell us which links and campaigns bring people to us. Server logs exist to run and secure the site.

We rely on your request as the basis for contacting you. Submitting the form asks us to get in touch about PlotCloud.ai; it does not sign you up for marketing.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or list vendors.
• We do not add you to a mailing list or an automated email sequence.
• We do not track you across other websites. Our host sets its own cookies on this site, as Section 7 explains.
• We do not store booking requests on this website. They arrive as email and live only in our mailbox.

5. How long we keep it

A booking request is an email in our mailbox. We keep it while we are in contact with you about PlotCloud.ai, and for a reasonable time afterward as a record of the request. If you ask us to delete it, we will. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider on its own schedule; we do not keep separate copies.

6. Who else sees it

6.1 Our hosting provider. GoDaddy hosts this site, and so processes its server logs.

6.2 Our form delivery service. The booking form sends your request to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which turns it into an email and forwards it to our mailbox. FormSubmit receives everything in the request, along with your IP address, and handles it under its own privacy policy.

6.3 Our email provider. The email we receive is stored in our business mailbox with Microsoft.

6.4 Google Fonts. This site loads two typefaces from Google's font service. To get them, your browser contacts Google, so Google receives your IP address. We do not use Google Analytics or any other Google product on this site.

6.5 GoDaddy's traffic measurement. GoDaddy adds its own traffic measurement script to each page of this site as the page is delivered. We did not write it, we did not request it, and it is not one of the files we publish. It sets cookies in your browser and sends page views to GoDaddy, which receives your IP address and your activity on this site through it. Section 7 explains what it does.

6.6 When the law requires it. We may disclose information if the law requires us to. We will not do so voluntarily.

7. Cookies and tracking

7.1 What we set. The pages we write set no cookies, run no analytics, and contain no advertising pixels, session recording, or other tracking. They store one item in your browser's session storage, named pc_attribution, which holds any campaign tags from the link you followed. It exists only so those tags can travel with a booking request if you submit one, and your browser deletes it when you close the tab. Nothing is sent to us unless you submit the form. If you use "Add to my calendar", the calendar file is created in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.

7.2 What our host adds. GoDaddy, which hosts this site, injects a traffic measurement script into every page as it is delivered to you. The hosting platform adds it after our files leave our hands. It does three things:

• It sets a cookie named _tccl_visitor, which holds a random identifier so GoDaddy can recognize the same browser on later visits.
• It sets two more cookies, _tccl_visit and _scc_session, which identify a single visit and a single session.
• It sends page views, together with your IP address, to a GoDaddy address at csp.secureserver.net.

7.3 What that means. These cookies are not needed for the site to work, and they are analytics cookies rather than advertising cookies. They serve GoDaddy, not us. We do not read them and receive no reports from them, so we cannot tell you how many people visited a page or what they read.

7.4 Declining them. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or block third-party scripts with a content blocker. Every page of this site, including the booking form, still works normally if you do.

7.5 Why there is no consent banner. This site has no cookie banner. If you live somewhere whose law requires consent before analytics cookies are set, treat that as a gap on our part rather than a claim that consent was not needed, and write to us at the address in Section 11 if it matters to you.

8. Your choices

8.1 You may ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to the address in Section 11 and we will do it.

8.2 You never have to use the booking form. You are welcome to email or call us instead, using the details in Section 11.

8.3 Depending on where you live, you may have more rights over your personal information under the law. We honor those rights, and asking us costs you nothing.

9. Children

PlotCloud.ai serves home builders, land developers, architects, engineers, surveyors, and permit expediters. This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, we publish a new version at its own address and update the link in the website footer. This version is not edited after publication, so a copy you save stays an accurate record of what applied when you saved it.
